At Trigger Coffee, we take pride in delivering premium quality products with utmost care.

Please note: We do not accept returns on any of our products once sold, due to the perishable and consumable nature of coffee.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Wrong product delivered.

To request a refund in such cases, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos and details at: sip@trigger.coffee

Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons of taste preference or change of mind.
